Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. (CD)
HUNNY

Tragically romantic and relentlessly hooky, Yes.Yes.Yes.Yes.Yes., the debut album of indie rockers HUNNY, shimmers and sparkles with punchy bass tones, chorus-soaked guitar, and heart-on-sleeve lyrics about young love and young heartbreak. Unapologetically nostalgic, the quartet create a modern rock sound composed of '80s new wave tones (think Andy Summers' Police-era guitar) matched with garage revival sensibilities (Strokes-like riffs and bass lines), while lyrically referencing My So Called Life and Echo & the Bunnymen. HUNNY lean hard into the world of teenage, suburban longing, and the result is a fully realized vision of youth's sentimentality.
