U.S. SHIPPING
Amoeba offers free shipping via USPS media mail for all music and movie formats (CD, LP, 7", 12", 78, DVD, Blu-Ray, Cassette) to U.S. addresses only. There is no minimum purchase required.
Posters, books, magazines, T-shirts, merch, accessories, and store phone-order purchases are not included in the free shipping promotion and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
An email with tracking information will be sent when your order is ready to ship. Please note that your order may ship from more than one location; you will be sent tracking information for each package/location.
We do not provide a refund or replacement for items that have been scanned as delivered by USPS. If your package tracks as delivered, but you have not received it, please inquire with your mail carrier or at your local post office branch.
Estimated delivery time for USPS Media Mail is 3-14 businesses days to US addresses. Estimated delivery time for USPS First Class mail is 3-7 business days to US addresses.
Expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee at checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
Shipments returned to us by USPS due to incorrect/unclaimed/undeliverable address information will be charged a $5.00 fee for re-shipment.
Some items are available for local pickup at our Hollywood store upon request – please inquire about specific items at [email protected] before you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DUE TO COVID-19.
An email with customs claim reference number will be sent when your order is ready to ship. Please note that tracking information may not be available for items shipped from our distributor in Kentucky. Parcels are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and your local national postal service. Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, but packages may be held by your local customs authority for an additional 10-14 days, depending on the customs laws in your country. Please inquire at your local customs office for further information on the location of your package after it has crossed the U.S. border.
Duty and Taxes: The recipient of any and all goods sold by Amoeba.com is responsible for any and all Customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.

PAYMENT INFO
Payment is accepted with Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Paypal. All prices are in $USD. A 9.50% sales tax will apply to orders shipping to California customers, assessed on the total INCLUDING shipping & handling. As part of our credit card security efforts, Amoeba verifies complete credit card information for all orders before shipping. If billing and shipping addresses do not match we may request additional identification, or payment via wire transfer.

RETURNS
All sales are final. However, if an item is defective we will be happy to exchange the defective copy for a replacement of the same item within 30 days of purchase.
