On Close It Quietly, Frankie Cosmos returns with a more grown-up take on their usual lo-fi charm. Frontwoman Greta Kline turns her lyrical focus inward on this smart, introspective collection of songs, singing about personal growth, the “excruciating” daily news cycle, and misogyny.
